Emily was there every step of the way to answer questions and help to guide you with advice in your best interest! Emily is also VERY honest. She found an error on our closing that the closing company had overpaid her for and made sure the error was fixed and we were given the money back! She was wonderful and I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking to buy a home! Emily was really great to work with. Knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. She easily recognizes when a property is over or under priced. She knows the neighborhoods in Duluth, she is able to look at client needs and make appropriate recommendations. She knows what buyers are looking for and makes good recommendations with respect to making appropriate property improvements when a client wants to sell. Emily actually reads through the fine details and catches mistakes that others may have missed. Emily is intelligent, detail oriented, and personable.
